Guardiance Insurance Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through getguardiance.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our coverage request forms, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact information, date of birth, home and mailing address, household members, tax-filing information, income and employment information, citizenship or immigration-status answers, current coverage, pregnancy information, qualifying-life-event details, Social Security numbers, consent records, and electronic signatures.
Our website and service providers may also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. Our standard quote-request forms do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment information, medical diagnoses, or Marketplace application information. The separate Georgia ACA intake form may request the application information described above.
When you use the Georgia ACA intake form, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, referral source, and submission timestamps. We use this information to operate and secure the form, prevent fraud, document consent, and maintain required compliance records.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to your request, contact you about health insurance options, assess general service eligibility, assist with Georgia Access eligibility, application, enrollment, and account servicing, provide customer support, maintain consent and compliance records, prevent fraud, secure our services, measure advertising performance, improve the website, and comply with applicable law.
3. Calls, texts, and email
If you provide express written consent, Guardiance may contact you at the number and email address you submitted about health insurance options, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided, or ask us to stop calling you. A request to opt out does not prevent communications required to complete or service a transaction you request.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our website, customer relationship management system, communications, analytics, security, and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information to insurance carriers, enrollment platforms, or other insurance-service entities when you ask us to obtain or help you enroll in coverage; to professional advisers; to government authorities when required; or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are permitted to use information only for authorized purposes.
Guardiance does not sell the personal information submitted through this form for money. We do not disclose your form responses to unaffiliated lead buyers for their own independent marketing.
Access to complete Georgia ACA intake submissions is restricted to authorized Guardiance administrators and service providers that support secure website hosting and storage. Information needed to complete an application may also be provided to Georgia Access, approved enrollment platforms, insurance carriers, and government verification services as permitted by your consent and applicable law. Only limited contact and lead-routing fields are sent to Guardiance's customer relationship management system; full Social Security numbers, signatures, tax answers, income details, citizenship or immigration answers, qualifying-life-event details, and dependent records are excluded.
5. Cookies and advertising measurement
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, understand performance, prevent abuse, and measure advertising results. Advertising platforms may process device and browsing information under their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally send the health-coverage choices you enter in this form to advertising platforms.
6. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for application and account assistance, customer service, consent documentation, legal and regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and applicable requirements. Georgia ACA intake records are encrypted in transit and while stored, access to the private viewer requires authentication, and sensitive access is recorded when supported. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data, access that data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Where applicable, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
8. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking insurance information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian may provide household information about a child for the purpose of requesting family coverage.
9. Third-party services and links
Our website may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Questions, privacy requests, and requests to revoke Georgia Access consent may be sent to aidan@getguardiance.com or made by calling 435-291-5640. Revocation does not undo actions already taken in reliance on valid consent and may limit our ability to continue assisting you.
