Privacy Policy

Guardiance Insurance Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through myguardiance.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

When you submit our coverage request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your first and last name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, and who in your household needs coverage. We also collect your communication consent, the date and time of submission, the page used to submit the request, and advertising attribution data included in the page URL, such as UTM parameters or a Meta click identifier.

Our website and service providers may also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment information, medical diagnoses, or Marketplace application information on this landing page.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your request, contact you about health insurance options, assess general service eligibility, provide customer support, maintain consent and compliance records, prevent fraud, secure our services, measure advertising performance, improve the website, and comply with applicable law.

3. Calls, texts, and email

If you provide express written consent, Guardiance may contact you at the number and email address you submitted about health insurance options, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, request help by replying HELP, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided, or ask us to stop calling you. A request to opt out does not prevent communications required to complete or service a transaction you request.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our website, customer relationship management system, communications, analytics, security, and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information to insurance carriers, enrollment platforms, or other insurance-service entities when you ask us to obtain or help you enroll in coverage; to professional advisers; to government authorities when required; or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are permitted to use information only for authorized purposes.

Guardiance does not sell the personal information submitted through this form for money. We do not disclose your form responses to unaffiliated lead buyers for their own independent marketing.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, understand performance, prevent abuse, and measure advertising results. Advertising platforms may process device and browsing information under their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally send the health-coverage choices you enter in this form to advertising platforms.

6. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, consent documentation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Texas privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, Texas residents may request to confirm whether we process their personal data, access that data, correct inaccuracies, delete data they provided or that we obtained about them, and obtain a portable copy. Residents may also request to opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email privacy@myguardiance.com with the subject “Texas Privacy Request,” or use another contact method published on this website. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact the Texas Attorney General regarding unresolved concerns.

8. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking insurance information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian may provide household information about a child for the purpose of requesting family coverage.

9. Third-party services and links

Our website may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@myguardiance.com.

This policy is a general website privacy notice and does not replace any separate privacy notice provided in connection with an insurance application or policy.
